The Ashburton Short Coat is cut from 100% Pure New Wool Classic Melton, woven in Britain by Abbotsford Textiles at approximately 500g/m2 the substantial wool cloth provides warmth, structure and a beautifully traditional handle. The Ashburton features a distinctive double-breasted front, classic notch wide lapels and carefully considered detailing throughout. It's shorter length makes it ideal for wearing over a shirt, waistcoat or knitwear while retaining the smart, structured character of a traditional wool coat.

Each Ashburton Short Coat is individually made to order in our Devon workshop. From cutting the cloth through to the finishing detail, every coat is made with care and intended to be worn and enjoyed for many years.
