We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from West Country Clothing if for any reason you're not satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return

. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

. Tags and original packaging must be intact

. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery

Non-returnable items

Made-to-order or custom garments (as they are crafted especially for you)

. Gift cards or promotional items

Exchanges

We're happy to offer an exchange for a different size or style )subject to availability). Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to arrange this.

How to Return

1. Email us at hello@westcountryclothing.co.uk with your details and reason for return.
2. We'll provide return instructions and a return address.
3.  Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty. 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
