Shipping & Turnaround Policy

At West Country Clothing, every made-to-order garment is crafted with care, precision and timeless British style. We believe in creating pieces that last, and that takes a little time.

Production Time

All made-to-order garments are handmade in our Devon workshop.

Please allow up to 3 weeks for production before your order is ready for dispatch. During particularly busy periods, production may take a little longer. If this happens, we'll keep you informed throughout.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been completed, delivery times are as follows:

UK Orders: 2-5 working days via tracked service

International Orders 7-14 working days depending on. location

You will receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking details once your item is on its way.

Items that are in stock, including selected accessories, are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days. The estimated dispatch time will be shown on each product page.

Need It Sooner?

If you have a special date in mind, please contact us before placing your order. Rush orders may be possible for an additional fee, depending on our current capacity.
