The Moreton Cheviot Tweed Waistcoat - Heath Green
A traditionally tailored country waistcoat, individually cut and made to order in our Devon workshop from Marton Mills Cheviot BB Tweed.
The soft textured heath-green combines subtle green, brown and natural tones, giving the Moreton a distinctive country character while remaining smart enough for more formal occasions. Woven from 100% wool, the Cheviot cloth has a substantial traditional handle ideally suited to autumn and winter wear.
The Moreton features a traditional pointed front, classic V-neck with lapels and two lower welt pockets. It is finished with traditional James Grove & Sons buttons and a distinctive patterned lining, bringing an unexpected flash of colour to the otherwise understated outer cloth.
A coordinating green acetate/cupro back panel completes the waistcoat, with and adjustable rear strap and buckle for fine adjustment of the fit.

Please note:
Thee distinctive patterned lining shown our photographs has now been discontinued and is available only while our remaining stock lasts. Once this has been used, an alternative lining will be carefully selected to complement the outer cloth.
As with many traditional wool tweeds, subtle variations in shade and texture may occur between batches.
Made to order
Each Moreton Cheviot Tweed Waistcoat is individually made to order in our Devon workshop. Please allow approximately 2-3 weeks for your waistcoat to be made before dispatch.
