The Ashburton Melton Coat is cut from 100% Pure New Wool Classic Melton, woven in Britain by Abbotsford Textiles. At approximately 500g/m2, the substantial wool cloth provides warmth, structure and a beautifully traditional handle.
Designed with understated British tailoring in mind, Ashburton features a clean single-breasted silhouette, classic notch lapels and carefully considered detailing throughout. British-made buttons from Courtney & Co. complete the coat.
Each Ashburton coat is individually made to order in our Devon workshop, rather than produced quantity. From cutting the cloth through to the finishing details, every coat is made with care and intended to be worn and enjoyed for many years.
